Community Guidelines
connectR is for discovering, sharing, and enjoying music together. Treat other people with respect and share only content you have the right to use.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, credible threats, stalking, or encouraging harm.
- Hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected characteristics.
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Graphic violence, promotion of self-harm, or instructions that create a serious risk of harm.
- Illegal activity, dangerous weapon or drug activity, fraud, scams, spam, malicious links, or coordinated manipulation.
- Sharing another person's private or identifying information without permission.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Impersonation or misleading claims of affiliation.
Report and block
Use the report option on content or profiles to alert us to a possible violation. Use the block option to prevent unwanted interaction with another account. Reports should be made in good faith; abusing reporting tools is itself a violation.
Child safety
connectR has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users may not create, upload, solicit, possess, distribute, link to, or promote CSAE or CSAM, groom or sexually exploit a minor, sextort a minor, or use connectR to facilitate child trafficking or other conduct that endangers a child.
Report suspected child-safety violations through the in-app report control on the post, comment, or account, or email support@atitan.tech. We remove or disable confirmed prohibited material, restrict or terminate involved accounts, preserve evidence when appropriate, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority as required by law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Sensitive-content controls
Content that may contain mature language or disturbing themes can be labeled as potentially sensitive and is concealed by default for eligible viewers. On iOS, ages 13–15 cannot retrieve, reveal, interact with, or create sensitive content; ages 16–17 and adults can explicitly reveal permitted sensitive posts after a warning. Android access is limited to adults. A sensitive label does not make prohibited content acceptable. Uploaded photos, video, and audio may be held from publication while reviewed.
How we enforce these guidelines
We evaluate context, severity, repetition, and risk. We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where appropriate. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
