Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of connectR, provided by aTitan, Inc. By creating an account or using connectR, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use connectR. You must accept these Terms before posting or uploading user-generated content.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use connectR on iOS and at least 18 years old to use connectR on Android, and you must be legally able to agree to these Terms. connectR requires age assurance before account access and annually thereafter. We may use an Apple or Google Play age range, or an on-device self-declared calculation when a platform range is unavailable. We do not retain a precise birth date. An under-13 result prevents account access on every platform and may cause existing sessions to be revoked; an under-18 result prevents access through the Android app. If the law where you live requires parental consent at a higher age, you may use connectR only with that consent. See Age Suitability.
Third-party music services
connectR can interact with Apple Music, Spotify, SoundCloud, and TIDAL. You must have any account, subscription, and rights those providers require. Their terms, availability, content rules, and technical limits apply independently. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content. Disconnecting a provider from connectR does not cancel a provider subscription or delete the separate provider account.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including posts, comments, images, playlist information, and audio you choose to upload. You grant aTitan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the connectR features in which you chose to share it. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and grant this license.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Community Guidelines. You may not infringe rights, harass others, distribute unlawful, pornographic, exploitative, or harmful material, impersonate someone, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use connectR for fraud or spam.
Copyright and DMCA notices
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on connectR infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@atitan.tech that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will act on valid notices, including removing or disabling access to the material, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
Moderation and enforcement
We may automatically screen submissions, hold uploaded media for review, label and conceal potentially sensitive posts, review reports, and remove or limit content or accounts that violate these Terms, our guidelines, law, or user safety. Automated screening is not guaranteed to identify every violation. On iOS, ages 13–15 cannot access, reveal, interact with, or create potentially sensitive content; ages 16–17 and adults receive warning-and-reveal controls for permitted sensitive content. Android access is limited to adults. Prohibited content is rejected for every age. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary.
Our service and intellectual property
connectR, excluding user and third-party content, is owned by aTitan and its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and availability is not guaranteed.
Termination
You may stop using connectR or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and licenses needed for previously shared content—will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, connectR is provided “as is” and “as available.” aTitan disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not fully apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aTitan and its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from connectR. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for connectR during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
