Account and data deletion for connectR by aTitan, Inc.

Delete in the app

  1. Open connectR and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@atitan.tech from the email address associated with your connectR account. Use the subject connectR account deletion request and include the account email or username. This option is also available when an account is blocked by an under-13 age result and cannot be opened in the app.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account. Never send us your password or music-provider credentials.

What to expect

In-app deletion starts immediately and signs you out after the deletion completes. For an email request, we will confirm receipt and aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. We will tell you if a legal retention requirement or a verification problem requires more time.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your connectR authentication account, profile and associated database records, connected music-service tokens, user-generated content tied to the account, user-uploaded images and media, and account-specific data cached on the device.

connectR also revokes captured Sign in with Apple, Google, and SoundCloud authorization credentials. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, an encrypted revocation credential without your connectR user ID may be retained for automated retries and is deleted within seven days. Spotify, TIDAL, and Apple Music do not provide connectR with a supported server-side revocation operation, so connectR deletes their stored credentials and stops requesting provider data.

Deleting connectR data does not cancel a music subscription or delete your separate Apple Music, Spotify, SoundCloud, or TIDAL account. Manage those accounts and subscriptions directly with the provider.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through normal backup schedules. Retained information is not used to continue providing an active connectR account.

Content that another person copied outside connectR before deletion is outside our control. For questions, see our Privacy Policy or contact support@atitan.tech.
